Shipping

Once we have received payment we will proceed to prepare and ship your order.

You will receive your order between 2 and 5 business days. The cost of the courier service is €5.50 for Spain and includes in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, tariff or surcharge.

Free shipping, from €65, except when there is a promotion, in which case shipping will not be free.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, consult.

Returns.

All our pieces may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivery date, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Regulation Law.

To do this, the product must be in the original packaging and in the same conditions as it was sent.

When you receive the order, check that the item corresponds to the one you purchased and that it has no defects.

If any part arrives in bad condition, contact us and we will tell you how to proceed.

Exchanges or returns due to defects or defects have no cost to the customer.

Otherwise, the product is not to your liking, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The products must be returned properly protected in their original packaging and with all their components along with the necessary data to identify the sender. We do not accept returns that have been used or with defects that clearly did not leave our warehouses.

Once we receive the merchandise we will check that everything is correct. If so, within a maximum period of 15 days we will refund the amount, if you want the amount and not the exchange for another item.
